Andrew Hirtle

 Professional Bio

Andrew Hirtle is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) at Allan Marshall & Associates based in New Brunswick. He began with the company in 2019 as a summer student while attending the University of New Brunswick (UNB) studying towards his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Economics.  He has gained valuable experience working in both the Bankruptcy and Consumer Proposal departments.

After graduating from UNB in 2022, Andrew earned the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation in 2025, and earned his license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 2026.

As a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, Andrew is committed to helping individuals overcome their challenges through a professional and compassionate approach, tailoring advice to each individual’s unique circumstances. While financial difficulties can often be overwhelming, Andrew strives to provide solutions that are easy to understand and help put people at ease.

When not at the office, you can often find Andrew at the golf course, ultimate frisbee field, or playing trivia with friends at a local microbrewery.
